Booking Requests

Every time a Maker sends a request to book your kitchen space, you will receive a notification in your Syzl account as well as a message to the email address registered to your account.

Important notes:

  • Bookings will never be confirmed automatically.
  • Once you receive the request to book, you can verify that your kitchen is available and either confirm or decline the booking.
  • If you are declining a booking, please leave a detailed reason for the Maker.
  • It is expected that you will respond to the Food Maker's request to book within 48 hours. After this time the booking request will expire and the Food Maker will be able to request again.
