You can use Private Calling if the following conditions are met:
- The kitchen host has calls enabled: The host must allow calls through their app settings.

A booking is eligible if it meets one of the following criteria:
- The booking status is:
- Requested
- In Progress
- Approved
- Completed, but only if the booking ended within the last 48 hours.
- For completed bookings, the call option will not be available after 48 hours from the booking’s end time.

- Navigate to the booking details or the conversation page with the host.
- Click the Call button.
- If calling is possible, you will see a confirmation prompt.

If you cannot make a call, you will receive an alert with one of the following reasons:
- Calls are disabled: The kitchen host has not enabled calls.
