- First, go to your existing or new Syzl listing and on the "Rates" tab select the "Connect An Account" option. This allows you to choose which Google Calendars you'd like to use for managing your bookings. It's possible to connect multiple accounts, offering flexibility in how you manage different spaces or services.
- Next, choose "Google Calendar" from the options presented and follow the prompts to give Syzl permission to manage your events. This step is crucial as it enables Syzl to access your calendar and ensure that your availability is accurately reflected in real-time.
- After granting authorization, you can close the authorization window. You'll then have the option to select which specific calendar you want to add bookings to and which calendar(s) you want Syzl to check for availability. This step is particularly useful if you manage multiple calendars or want to ensure that personal events or holidays are considered when Syzl displays your available slots.
Note: For those who prefer having a dedicated calendar for bookings, there's an option to add a new calendar specifically for this purpose. Simply follow these additional instructions to set this up and then refresh this screen to see the calendar in the list
