We understand accidents happen!
In the unlikely event that there is damage to a Host's space or property, you are expected to:
- Inform the Host immediately using the messaging function in Syzl's web app.
- Attach photos of the damage and a description.
The Kitchen Host will contact our team to request that your damage deposit be paid to them, and we will assist both parties in coming to a resolution, if necessary.
