Cleaning After a Maker Booking

It is the maker’s responsibility to ensure your space is left the way it was found and ensure it is cleaned properly. Note: it is the Kitchen Host's responsibility to communicate any specific requirements in their kitchen if they differ from industry standards.

To help make sure this happens, our system automatically adds 1 hour to every booking that is designated for cleaning. We know that it is important that your space is respected and left as clean as it was when the Maker arrived.

  • For bookings between 1 and 7 hours: 1 hour is added for cleaning.
  • For bookings 8 hours or more: an additional 2 hours are added for cleaning.

What if my kitchen wasn't left clean?

Please contact your Customer Success Manager via email and attach images of the kitchen, if possible. They will help to solve the issue as soon as possible.
